Savour the sweetness of Sigep 2017

Ideally timed to ruin all New Year resolutions, Sigep returns in 2017 from 21-25th of January in Rimini, Italy. Certainly, as the undisputed world-leading trade fair for professionals creating artisan gelato, patisserie, baking and coffee, there is one exhibitor cooking up a storm with fresh, vibrant flavours in cut-cook-cool technology: Roboqbo.

From the recognised home of fine food in Bologne, Roboqbo creates high pressure and heat cut-cook-cool processing units from 8 – 250l that preserve delicate organoleptic properties for premium products. With just one machine and one working cycle, Roboqbo enables you to program recipes for batch production, ensuring consistent results time after time. With a significant reduction in production time compared to working by hand, Roboqbo’s integrated steam system also recovers and reuses condensation to create huge resource savings.

Roboqbo will be available for all new and old customers alike in Hall B3 on stand 114 to celebrate the launch of the latest Qbo-4 series.

Can’t make the show? Why not get inspired by the uplifting video demonstrations from Roboqbo over on Youtube! Along with Dulce de Leche (below), Roboqbo units have been used in the specialist production of everything from fruit juices to soups, jams to chutneys and nut pastes to marshmallow with specialist attachments to a basic unit.
