Griffith chooses Holmach

Griffiths Lab of Somercotes have installed 2 Lagarde retorts from Holmach for the pasteurising of pouched sauces and marinades. These high quality organic products are supplied in sizes ranging from 250 gram to 10 litres.

The Lagarde retorts are fitted with two doors to allow “through the wall” processing for high risk low risk seperation.  The steam air process is fast and efficient – using less energy than water based media and are designed to handle the latest developments in pouch and plastic processing.
